This slow cooker recipe is so easy and turns out delicious every time. Here’s what you need:

• 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced
• 1 lb sauerkraut, drained
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
• 1 cup chicken broth

Simply combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
